A leader in the NYC Real Estate Property Management market is seeking a Senior Property Coordinator to join their team! As a Senior Property Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing front and back of house operations for roughly 700 multifamily units. You will be the main point of contact for tenant relations and will coordinate all aspects of the apartment turnover process. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in operations, customer service, and sales in Manhattan high-rise multifamily assets.

Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of customer service, coordinating with the Maintenance and Leasing Teams in response to resident requests, and ensuring that company policies and procedures are being adhered to correctly and consistently by on-site staff. You will also be responsible for managing budgets and minimizing vacant and delinquent rent loss.
