HotFoot Recruiters is excited to partner with a multinational sheet metal manufacturing company in North Phoenix to find a talented Sales Operations Specialist. This role is crucial in streamlining the sales process and managing document control to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Position: Sales Operations Specialist
Type: Full-Time; Direct Hire
Location: On-Site, North Phoenix

Responsibilities:

• Maintain detailed records of order status and address any discrepancies with the sales team.
• Monitor and track customer orders, ensuring prompt and accurate processing.
• Generate and manage invoices, verifying details and coordinating with the accounting team for timely processing.
• Establish and maintain a systematic filing system for sales documents, ensuring proper labeling, organization, and secure storage.
• Serve as a point of contact for order and invoice inquiries, collaborating with sales, operations, and finance departments.
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and address concerns.
• Safeguard confidential information and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as sales support or B2B customer service
• Strong organizational skills and good attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and Oracle.
• Familiarity with document management software is a PLUS.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and invoicing procedures.
