Job Purpose
The Sales Support Specialist is primarily responsible for collecting, verifying and processing customer rebate requests in a timely manner; administrating processes related to pricing, and supporting the Sales, Demand, and Customer Service team to bring together our end-to-end processes. Contributes to delivering business metrics and profitability targets. The position requires frequent interaction with customers and internal sales personnel, so excellent communication and organizational skills are a must. This role will also identify opportunities to reduce inefficiencies by standardizing and automating processes andcontinuous improvement activities.
