Position Summary
This position is responsible for working with cross-functional proposal team members to help respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and assist within the proposal development process to ensure on-time delivery of compelling compliant, and well-written responses. This asset is also responsible for creating and modifying presentations, collateral, and other materials to support business development, retention, and upsell with Oxford's clients.

Responsibilities
- Assist in first draft creation of all RFP, RFQ, and RFIs
- Leverage existing standard content and materials to create presentations, prepare work plans, and organize proposal content
- Develop and execute consistent company identity, leveraging document templates, letterhead, and standard company-branded content
- Lead the preparation of high-quality and accurate documents in accordance with agreed strategy and client expectations
- Develop customized sales materials, including whitepapers and PowerPoint presentations that are consistent with Oxford's branding guidelines
- Lead vendor profile setup and other administrative requirements as needed
- Identify gaps in current materials and assist with the creation of new content to fill those gaps
- Manage, create, and generalize reports on accounts by leveraging Tableau and market data software
- Assist in the maintenance and updates of the knowledge base that houses proposal content and information
- Collaborate with the Proposals Team Manager on process improvements, including proposal content enhancements and other duties as assigned
Additional ResponsibilitiesSkills - Strong prioritization skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, coordinate shifting priorities, respond to short-term deadlines, and carry heavy and diverse workloads with tight timelines
- Fundamental understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and coloration skills
- Self-starter with high attention to detail
EducationExperience - At least one year of professional business writing and communications experience (experience in the consulting industry is a plus)
CompetenciesSupervisionSalary Information: $40,000-$55,000
