Description

Cragun's Resort is looking for an enthusiastic supervisor to keep the Marina day to day operations functioning in support and in absence of the Marina Manager. This is an incredibly hands-on position that will allow you interact with guests, employees, and other departments.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the department by organizing the daily functions as needed, leading by example in being proactive with duties, and is reliable in the absence of the Marina Manager
• Assists manager as needed with marketing special events related to the marina
• Assists with installation and removal of docks, cleaning of marina equipment, and maintenance as needed
• Follows and ensures appropriate accounting procedures for closing and balancing cash registers, credit card charges and miscellaneous receipts
• Has awareness of inventory levels and knowledge of our ordering process
• Responsible for the understanding of marina business, compliance of laws, ordinances, rules and regulation governing the Marina operation
• All other tasks and duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience a plus *but not required
• Outdoor knowledge and passion desired
• Able to multitask and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Must be personable, enthusiastic, and organized
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Must have valid driver's license
• Have a Snowmobile Safety Certification and Boater Safety Certificate **or have the ability to obtain them
