Your new role

As a Project Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of your assigned construction project, from planning and design to execution and completion. You will work closely with the V.P., Associate V.P., and Project Manager to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to the contract specifications. You will also supervise and coordinate the field labor force, including assistants, foremen, subcontractors, and other construction-related personnel, and provide them with guidance and expertise on construction methods and equipment. You will communicate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, and city officials, and conduct regular meetings and reports to monitor the progress and quality of the project. You will also ensure that all work is conducted in a safe and professional manner, following the company policies and procedures, and adhering to the highest level of ethics and integrity.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent or a similar role in the construction industry, preferably in tilt wall projects
  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • A thorough knowledge of construction plans, specifications, codes, and regulations
  • A strong ability to plan, schedule, coordinate, and supervise multiple tasks and teams
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • A proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant tools
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
