Adams & Martin Group is currently seeking a talented and motivated corporate M&A associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, with experience representing clients in a variety of corporate transactions. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex deals, collaborate with seasoned attorneys, and contribute to the success of our clients in the dynamic world of corporate law.

Responsibilities:
Assist in all aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and closing dealsConduct legal research and analysis on corporate law and regulatory mattersCollaborate with partners and senior associates on deal structuring, strategy, and executionManage client relationships and communicate effectively with key stakeholdersProvide legal advice and counsel to clients on corporate governance, securities law compliance, and other corporate mattersAssist with business development efforts, including client pitches and presentationsQualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the state bar and in good standing5+ years of experience practicing corporate law, with a focus on M&A transactions preferredStrong understanding of corporate finance, securities regulations, and corporate governance principlesExcellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated commitment to client service and building strong client relationshipsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
