Our client, a well-known organization in the Vancouver area, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist on a temporary basis. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the payment disbursement for vendors, including ACH, check runs, and wires
• Process full cycle accounts payable, including coding, matching and batching
• Preparing weekly check runs
• Process 1099s, and distributing to subcontracts
• Bank reconciliations and assisting in month-end close
• Accruals, and assisting with asset depreciation schedule
