Job Description

• Perform general office duties as required, including internal logistics, client problem-solving, receiving incoming shipping and more as needed.
• Insure facilities are maintained in proper working order at all times and that repairs and maintenance are performed quickly, correctly and efficiently.

• Maintain a neat, clean, safe, healthy, productive, and uninterrupted work environment.

• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, including calls to the main line, internal phone calls and internal help desk
• Assist employees and customers in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner

• Track projects via specialized applications and logbook

• Provide professional, timely, courteous and accurate service to employees and customers
• Be able to learn quickly and follow detailed instructions
• Answer questions and solve problems independently by utilizing a variety of resources to provide accurate information.
• Greet customers with a smile and maintain a tidy work area.
• Welcome visitors and follow all visitor and Security procedures.
• Support multiple service areas proficiently while maintaining expertise.
• Follow the daily schedule closely, relieve team members for breaks and/or lunches as assigned.
• Understand and follow tasks for all assigned areas.
• Perform daily responsibilities with initiative (i.e. opening/closing tasks, stocking supplies, completing requests, meeting deadlines).
• Be familiar with Cushman & Wakefield policies and procedures and Adobe policies and procedures as they relate to the position and job description

• Maintain adequate stock of supplies/forms in customer areas

• Complete reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assist with special projects as requested.

• Process domestic/international shipments

• Assist and coordinate visitor registration for events, to include communication with event owners to ensure everything is ready in time for a given event.

• Two to three years general office administration or closely related experience
• Familiarly with Microsoft applications, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel and a minimum typing speed of 35/wpm

• Wear safety steel toe shoes/boots in designated areas
• Ability to lift 40 pounds repetitively
• Position requires frequent reaching, bending, standing, and sitting for prolonged periods

• Operate company vehicles

• Professiona phone etiquette is necessary

• Some overtime on short notice based on workload and priorities

EDUCATION

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • College degree and/or related experience and training strongly preferred.

  • EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of two years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job)
