Alteryx is searching for a Workday HCM Associate. This position is remote-friendly or can be based in our Irvine, California office.

Position Overview:

Partner with Senior HCM Consultants to triage Incidents within the Workday environment manage the delivery of SOX Reporting to Internal Audit and participate projects including configuration changes and functionality deployment (such as testing, documentation, peer review, sign off, training, change management).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serves as a point-of-contact for technical HR System issues from Employees and HR Business Users, troubleshoots system issues and research solutions by working with Senior HCM Consultants
  
• Assists with testing and implementing of HR System upgrades or patches, resolves system issues, and performs scheduled activities and mass data loads.
  
• Takes ownership of SOX and Internal Audit reporting for Workday
  
• Maintains awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product development, delivery, and support.
  

Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
  

Experience

• 1 - 3 Years - Demonstrated systems aptitude, shown through previous work experience, with systems, reporting, analysis, project management or development. Prior experience with HR Systems preferred, Workday Ideal
  

Skills/Certifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles, and accountability.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  
• Must be a team player, be organized and can handle multiple projects at once with conflicting priorities.
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  

Compensation:

Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Irvine, California is $74,900 - $100,000. This position is also remote-friendly and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus and stock grants.
