Benchmark Human Services is hiring immediately! Benchmark is a national leader in providing programs to individuals with disabilities and behavior health needs. The Milford supported living program is hiring for Direct Support Professionals to work in small clean and comfortable homes supporting the lives of others.

Weekend Hours Available:

Saturday 7:00am-3:00pm

Sunday 7:00am-3:00pm

Saturday 10:00am-3:00pm

Sunday 10:00am-3:00pm

Saturday 11:00pm-7:30am

Sunday 11:00pm-7:30am

Responsibilities:

• Protect and honor the rights of individuals served
• Assist individuals with daily living skills
• Assist with personal care needs, such as toileting, eating, mobility, etc.
• Develop a positive rapport while serving as a role model to create a safe and caring environment
• Administer medication and assist with other medical needs
• Document data regarding the individual served
• Assist in finding and participating in meaningful community activities
• Work independent or with co-workers to meet the needs of the individuals served
• Communicate effectively with others

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation

• High school diploma or GED
