Position Summary:

The Web Development Manager is responsible for the overall management and success of Audigy's member & corporate websites, SEO, and related lead generation products & services. The primary goal of the Web & SEO team is to deliver quality leads to our audiologist members by building websites that rank high in search and convert new patients while presenting individual member brands.

The Web Development Manager supervises a team of web specialists, developers, and designers in addition to interfacing with other Audigy teams for account management, copywriting, graphic design, domain management, and collaboration with other digital marketing channels.

This position is responsible for managing all facets of website production while contributing new products, services, and strategy. Our Digital Marketing team is a close-knit community that values initiative as much as experience. Strong project management skills, SEO knowledge, and basic to intermediate knowledge of code are essential for success in the role.

Performance Objectives:

Define and achieve key performance indicators driving members' practice success Project manage new website & SEO service setups, edits, & terminations, including task assignments and team resource allocation to meet agreed-upon expectations & deadlines. Research, build, and project manage implementation of new website features, content, technologies, and enhancements, including product management of custom WordPress themes and plugins. Manage overall maintenance of website platform, including hosting, security, performance, and custom WordPress development while striving to use the latest technologies. Partner with account managers in both day-to-day production work and improvement projects. Complete all billing and other administrative tasks related to the Web & SEO's teams products. Manage third-party vendor relationships. Provide overall support in new Audigy marketing initiatives.

Capabilities/Key Competencies:

  • Experience with complex website build projects from beginning to end
  • Ability to manage communications across multiple teams & stakeholders, including communicating technical information in a clear & concise manner
  • Basic understanding of website building technologies: WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Intermediate experience managing WordPress sites, including WordPress managed hosting (WP Engine)
  • Experience using CRM/project/task management software (i.e. Workamajig, ClickUp and Salesforce)
  • Advanced knowledge of Search Engine Optimization, including best-practice content strategy and online reputation management
  • Analytics skills including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO research platforms like Semrush
  • Interest in best-practice UI/UX & lead generation web design
  • Excellent organizational and time

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years digital marketing experience
  • Google Analytics Certified
  • 2+ years' experience in a managerial position

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Advanced understanding of WordPress, including latest updates with Gutenberg and managing a multi-site network
  • Experience in healthcare marketing
