• Front desk support for facility

• Manage exception picking processes

• Internet and phone interaction with sales and corporate to resolve discrepancies

• Correct Directed Put Away (DTA) problems

• Solve inventory problems

• Process defectives, found in warehouse product

• Systems research as well as physical inventory checks

• Perform stock checks, pull pack slips, cycle count areas, weight verifications of inventory, Internet research

• Special projects as assigned

What We Are Looking For 

• Computer proficiency using MS Office - Outlook, Work, Excel

• Excellent written and oral Communication skills and ability to communicate in a tactful manner

• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS/VAX)

• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines

• Flexible to work voluntary and required overtime (up to 12 hour shifts)

• Ability to continually stand; regularly bend, twist, stoop, and reach; frequently handle, lift and push product and equipment up to 30 lbs.; occasionally handle, lift, and push product and equipment up to 50 lbs

• Good analytical, organizational, and time management skills.  Ability to meet deadlines and set priorities
