RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a VTC Administrator in Washington, DC. Responsibilities:

• New DMA installation
• Sonexis cutover to new servers (Change DNS entry)
• Polycom deployment of RMX1800 as a replacement for ISDN/IP gateways that fail
• Digital Signage support (CoolSign - ICN)
• System Lifecycle Management (SLM) Documentation/Assistance/patches
• Video Engineering Services (VES) Yearly Budget for maintenance/support/misc
• ITSR Management and support
• Live U Support
• Attend Weekly Status meeting
• Weekly report(s)
• Access database support
• VET Scan Remediation for Windows Servers
• SSL Certificate Updates/Renewals

Infrastructure maintenance and support to include:

• Polycom DMA7000
• Polycom ResourceManager
• Polycom RMX4000s
• Polycom MGC-100
• VBrick VEMS servers
• VBrick encoders
• Sonexis Conference Manager Servers
• CoolSign Server

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned
• Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
