Exciting new opportunity exists for a Vice President of Quality and Compliance to promote and support the mission of Aspire Health Alliance to provide quality care to our clients, their families, and our communities served! Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the VP of Quality and Compliance will provide executive leadership and management as an integral member of the Leadership team.

As a member of the Aspire Senior Leadership team, this position will be responsible for:

  • The development, implementation, and monitoring of a robust data driven quality and compliance program.
  • Identifying measures and setting benchmarks for organizational improvement in clinical services resulting in increased client and family satisfaction, maximized reimbursement, decreased risk, improved documentation and client outcomes.
  • Championing continuous improvement efforts for the organization and organizational accountability for Aspire's Code of Conduct.
  • Ensuring compliance in all credentialing, organizational licensing, Health Information Management and Privacy matters.
  • Leading efforts in Risk management, Complaint management and serving as an expert in Patient's Rights and the DMH Human Rights program.
  • Overseeing the Safety Committee.
  • Supervising the Director of Compliance and the Quality and Business Intelligence Analyst.

Required Skills
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to translate findings to colleagues and clinicians
  • Report development and writing ability
  • Strong supervisory skills with professional and nonprofessional staff

Required Experience
  • 5 to 7 years of progressive leadership experience in Behavioral Health organizations
  • Demonstrated success in assessing and leading programs for organizational change and improvement with visible outcomes
  • Demonstrated success in providing direction and leadership with complex problem solving in complex organizations with multiple external partners
  • Knowledge and experience with LEAN process improvement
  • Strong knowledge of databases and data structures
  • Experience with E.H.R.
  • Master's Degree or PhD in Clinical Specialty, Public Health, Public Administration, Business, Health Care Administration
  • If a clinician, must hold active license in field
