Lead Finance Transformation Initiative for One Materion
- Evaluate current state finance systems and processes across Materion, identify current inefficiencies and future opportunities
- Create short, medium and long-term vision for finance tools and processes and deliverables, including future automation opportunities (collaborate with corporate, business, IT)
- Develop roadmap and create business case for near and mid-term projects to address the vision
- Implement system enhancement projects to support vision
- Drive consistency of data and processes to enable future automation
- Develop robust processes and reports that support monthly, quarterly analysis
- Create efficiencies for business segments to eliminate non-value add and manual work/rework
- Coordinate across business segments to ensure consistency in reporting/processes
- Develop corporate level KPI's to provide insight into trends and performance
- Lead the process, coordinate with all stakeholders, create management and board level reporting to summarize
- Together with finance peers, develop robust cash flow forecasting process and better tools for working capital management
The candidate selected will have to qualify as either a U.S. citizen, a U.S. National, a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., a Person Admitted into the U.S. as an Asylee or Refugee., a National of a country that is not prohibited from having access to U.S. controlled technology (via a letter of assurance), or a Person to be approved for an export license by the governing agency whose technology comes under its jurisdiction
