General Practice Veterinary Assistant

VCA All Animal Hospital of Orange Park is seeking a Veterinary Assistant to join our General Practice team full time!

General Practice Service Duties:

• Anesthesia monitoring
• Collecting patient histories & physical exams
• Venipuncture / IVC placement
• Working towards a Hands Free Radiology program (Associate safety a top priority)
• Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services
• Providing compassionate care for all patients

Potential Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am - 6pm and Saturdays 8am-12pm., flexible schedule

Compensation: $15 - 18 / hour dependent on skill set, experience, and licensure status
