CTS Global Planning and Delivery (GP&D) provides end to end Project Management and Implementation of systems and networks that Computershare's products and services use both Regionally and Globally. We currently have around 20 IT staff in the GP&D Group across the globe. The team supports 4500+ users among 29+ office locations.

CTS Globally have approximately 1000 employees across the Oceania, Americas and EMEA regions. Each region is split into 3 major technical divisions; Global Planning and Delivery, Service Operations and Development Services.

A role you will love

As our Vendor Relationship Manager, you play a pivotal role in analysing global voice and data accounts, managing the IT supplier base & financial budgets for hardware/software support contracts, procurement of IT goods & associated services to ensure the requirements of the business are met in cost effective manner in line with forecasts.

As a Vendor Relationship Manager, you will work collaboratively with all areas of IT and you will be involved in the management of financial forecasts and the procurement of IT goods and services in line with budgets, service and billing reconciliation, providing MI reports on performance, delivering continued service improvements and reducing associated risks.

In your role, you will engage, direct, and influence a range of stakeholders on the key deliverables, whilst working closely with our wider finance, accounting and technical teams and individuals to track costs. You will have the support and tools that you need to succeed and grow in a truly global Enterprise environment.

  • Manage relationship of all the Telecom Vendors - requires a standard cadence with vendors to review open contracts, triage, pipeline, negotiation and any other work required in a relationship role
  • Oversee ICOMM team (Telecom Expense Management Vendor) responsible for Telecom billing process working in conjunction with outside vendor (ICOMM) who processes our matching to contracts, other AP material and multiple other functions relating to telecom vendors. This requires organization as a weekly email is sent to the CPU CEO on weekly basis.
  • Responsible for Client rebilling to the clients for toll free numbers and other rebilling already in place requiring communication skills with business representatives throughout the business product lines.
  • Work with CTS Vendor Management on Vendor renewals, amendments and disputes.
  • Work with US wireless vendors ordering, cancelling, troubleshooting bills, etc.
  • Administer portal with Vendors - Any new telecom and PM staff needing to administer projects
  • Work in conjunction with Telecom Staff, PMs, Engineers, and Management. Don't necessarily need to understand the technical requirements but be a liaison for contracts, escalations and support.

What will you bring to the role?
  • 3+ years experience in vendor management and finance role or similar.
  • Previous experience of managing financial budgets.
  • Be an initiative-taker, able to successfully prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks and work well under pressure with limited supervision both individually and at times, with other team members.
  • Be able to adapt to a flexible working model, such as attending conference calls meetings outside of normal office hours and occasionally travelling to other Computershare locations.
  • Demonstrated experience with managing stakeholder expectations.

  • Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $105,000- $131,000. This base pay is a national average and may not be applicable to all locations.
