What you will be doing:

The IT Vendor and Asset Analyst (Digital) will contribute to achieving the organization's short- and long-term goals through budget analysis, reporting and asset procurement.


  • Maintain current vendor list.

  • Maintains software maintenance and vendor renewals database for timely renewals.

  • Coordinates with manager on purchase and processing Digital services from various vendors.

  • Works with the finance and procurement team to create purchase orders and tracks PO balances.

  • Coordinates with vendors when required to acquire required documents.

  • Monitors financial status by working closely with finance teams to ensure proper record keeping and analysis.

  • Monitor Digital spend through PO and invoice analysis.

  • Supports and follows current capital coding procedures to ensure accurate capital tracking.

  • Provide project support through software acquisition.

  • Ability to articulate findings to immediate and senior leadership.
Skills needed to be successful in this role:

  • Strong analytical and accounting skills. Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Must be able to successfully prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, in a deadline driven environment.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, as well as tackle new tasks with high level of difficulty.

  • Must be able to work with minimal up-front guidance and take ownership of work project(s).

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in related profession/field.

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.


Preferred qualifications:

  • 1+ years' experience in a finance position preferred.
