What You Will Be Doing -This position reports directly to the head of product
- Lead and execute on product vision and defining the UX/UI for our product - an app that guides consumers through their auto buying process
- Owning, producing and contributing to artifacts such as: user flows, prototypes, screen-level UI (Low to High-fidelity)
- Effectively communicating and presenting design decisions
- Refining our design system
- Leading/participating in user research
- Leading design critiques
- Mentoring design team members & sharing knowledge
What You Need for this Position At least 5 Years of experience with:
- UX Design - Sr. Level
- Figma/FigJam
- Agile environment
- User Flows, Prototypes, Screen-level UI from Low to High-fidelity
- Designing around data and content - working w/ APIs - not just screen designing

-Auto/E-commerce industry experience is a bonus
