Media Partnerships Specialist II - Brand Strategy and Marketing Coordinator
This position is open only to Ad Fellow Program participants.

WMC is looking for a graduate from the most recent class of Ad Fellows to join our team in a jack-of-all-marketing-trades entry level position within the Brand Strategy and Marketing Activation group. This role will report directly to the Sr. Director responsible for guiding this department and be assigned to work on projects across this group.
Our mission in Brand Strategy and Marketing Activation is to create and flawlessly execute strategic marketing plans that turn our brand into a "must buy" for all our target cohorts.
We support this mission through creating unique sales propositions, brand narratives, sales tools, compelling on brand graphic design, clever and persuasive copywriting,illustrative videos, and dynamic event activations - to name a few.
This position affords an aspiring marketer a chance to explore several marketing disciplines (Brand strategy, CRM, event management, internal comms, media buying, partner marketing) and gain hands-on experience across all the core skills required for a career in marketing (writing, presentation creation, communication, project management, strategy building). This would be a talent pipeline role for all the marketing disciplines under the Brand Strategy and Marketing Activation umbrella.
Tasks could include but are not limited to: writing first drafts of communications and slides for internal meetings, building project timelines, planning meeting and agendas, drafting minutes and documenting next step, supporting on event logistics, learning how to qualify an inbound lead, setting up and sending an email campaign, manning a conference booth, and sourcing branded swag.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who wants a career in B2B marketing, is organized, detail oriented, loves to write (and is good at it), and has the ability to story tell through powerpoint, enjoys trying new things and honing core skills.
