Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare guest rooms for evening turndown service
  • Ensure beds are properly turned down and linens are refreshed
  • Provide special amenities and touches to create a relaxing atmosphere
  • Adjust lighting and ambiance for a peaceful and welcoming environment
  • Arrange guest belongings and ensure rooms are organized
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest requests promptly and courteously
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in guest rooms and work areas
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or guest services preferred
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating a luxurious guest experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Flexibility to work evening shifts and weekends
  • Positive attitude and a friendly demeanor
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
