Traveling Superintendent Job Title: Traveling Superintendent - Federal Experience

Requirements: 5+ Years Experience as Lead Superintendent with Federal/Government Construction Projects

We provide construction and specialized services to commercial and government agencies. From security/facility upgrades and small renovation projects to large-scale design-build engagements. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traveling Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal construction projects, including experience managing budgets, schedules, and personnel.
What You Will Be Doing As a Traveling Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of various projects across the States we work in. This includes coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for safety management and ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with federal regulations.
What You Need for this Position - Experience working with ANG, ATF, BOP, CDC, DFAS, DOL, EPA, FWS, GSA, NPS, USACE, USAF, USDA, USDA Forest Service, or the Department of Veterans Affairs, etc...
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on federal construction projects
- Strong knowledge of federal construction regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules
- Proficiency with project management software
