What We Are Looking For

The Training Specialist Sr is responsible for the identification, facilitation, coordination, and evaluation of training that links to Panduit's strategic business objectives. They develop material for training and work on specific projects to satisfy customer needs. This role also provides coaching and leadership for projects and training.

What You Will Do

• Utilize the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluate (ADDIE) Model to address site needs, improve required knowledge, skill, or behavior
• Partner with different departments to identify appropriate training and development needs based on organizational initiatives
• Ensure TWI is used as a standard for operations training
• Provide coaching to individual contributors and managers utilizing available tools, including recommendations for IDP's
• Coordinate and deliver the new hire orientation program when required
• Develop learning plans based on job descriptions, functional requirements, and organizational needs
• Gain awareness of manufacturing processes and provide feedback to SMEs
• Provide development and mentor new training specialist in learning and development practices, policies, and systems
• Provide analysis and benchmarking data to support business decisions and recommendations to management
• Oversee training record accuracy in the learning management system and program effectiveness
• Coordinate and administer both internal and external seminar/conference/training, including education assistance and industrial training program

What You Will Bring

• Required Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years' experience writing training materials and teaching
• 2-5 years in a mentoring capacity or leadership role
• Experience in manufacturing operations and warehouse preferred
• Working knowledge of Process Improvement preferred
• Experience leading small- and large-scale projects to successful completion
• Experience with training effectiveness analysis using Kirkpatrick's Four Level Evaluation Model
• Knowledge of eLearning development instructional design preferred
• Proficiency in Articulate or Captivate (or relevant e-Learning software)
