Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

• Act as Administrative Assistant subject matter expert for all remote site administrative assistants

• Develop and cultivate strong working relationships between the individual site teams and related functional groups in Chicago

• Identify, develop and implement effective communications to ensure reliable content delivery between the individual sites and Chicago

• Collaborate with various subject matter experts to develop and implement documentation and communication of administrative best practices

• Create, deliver and evaluate effectiveness of instructional training material

• Work with site level management to heighten their understanding of the Administrative Assistant's role

• Identify and execute on opportunities to improve the communication and consistency of operating assets

• Collaborate with operations support teams to identify gaps in process and develop ways to close them

• Assist with the onboarding process of new administrative assistants

• Help drive the implementation of Invenergy administrative standards and procedures across all remote facilities

• Conduct appropriate queries and audits and ensure compliance of policy

• Communicate regular updates regarding process and policy as it pertains to administrative work

• Host routine training sessions for all Administrative Assistants and then follow up with individuals who may need additional instruction

• Establish good rapport with site personnel as well as those in the Chicago office

• Manage documentation and tracking of any administrative training initiatives

• Perform other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of experience with a strong working knowledge of renewable plant operations and maintenance practices

• Self-starter who can deliver results under minimal supervision

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality of work

• Strong customer service mindset

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high achieving and entrepreneurial environment

• Ability to prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks

• Team player who can work both independently and collaboratively

• Proficient in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and PowerPoint

• Exhibit outstanding phone, email, and personal communication skills

• Superior presentation and group facilitation skills

• Exceptional administrative skills and attention to detail

• High degree of flexibility and capacity to work in an everchanging environment

• Ability to travel for work 10% is required
