Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Training Center Manager

Location: Memphis

Design & Technical Solutions (DTS), a division of Volt Information Sciences and Innova Solutions, is looking for a full-time Training Facility Manager to work on-site with a heavy-equipment manufacturer located in Memphis, TN.
The Training Facility Manager will work 40 hours per week at the Memphis Training Center (MTC). While performing the key responsibilities of this position, the employee will attend all train-the-trainer events necessary to become a qualified technical trainer.
Key responsibilities include:

• Shipping and receiving facility equipment.
• Scheduling and coordinating repair work, maintenance, and upgrades of facility equipment.
• Seasonal maintenance of facility equipment.
• Quarterly audits of facility inventory.
• Coordinating supplier invoicing.
• Train dealer service technicians with respect to tractor diagnostic procedures.
• Instruct multi-day courses using the facilities, equipment, and curriculum provided.
• Training formats: virtual (online) instruction, classroom instruction, and/or hands-on instruction in a shop environment.
• Deliver face-to-face training at dealerships, community colleges, and corporate training centers in the USA and Canada (must travel approximately two weeks per month).

This is a full-time, contingent opportunity.
Required (all the following)

• Strong interest in becoming a technical trainer.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must have prior experience as a Service Manager or Sr. Service Technician (agricultural or construction machinery).

Preferred (any of the following)

• Experience operating and/or servicing heavy equipment.
• Experience as a technical trainer in a classroom or shop environment.
• Experience working directly with heavy-equipment dealer technicians.
• Familiarity with diesel-engine exhaust after-treatment systems

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $30 - $35/hr w2
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
