Training & Development Program Manager
Work Mode: Hybrid
Location: Kohler, WI Opportunity The Manager will be responsible for the creation of a 5-year training roadmap, leading to a World Class training organization, and will champion curriculum design, development, delivery, facilitation, and training evaluations for Dealer sales, installation, and operations associates. This includes centralized, "train the trainer", field, videos, and online training applications. Additional responsibilities include the design and management of a training center as well as the design and governance of training certifications.The current audience is approximately 250 in-home sales and 400 installation associates.
