Benchmark is seeking a Training and Data Coordinator for our Crisis Support Team located in Little Rock, AR. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate with and assist providers of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities/Behavioral Health (IDD/BH) services in Summit Community Care's provider network who support persons with IDD in crisis and at high risk of disruptions in placement. Organize the delivery of training initiated by the Provider Focus capacity building and crisis support team with Benchmark Human Services. Provide training and technical assistance to IDD/BH agencies on process and policy development in areas of expertise. Help facilitate training and consultative outreach to external stakeholders such as statewide law enforcement agencies, hospitals, behavioral health partners, families/advocates, government agencies, and Benchmark's national experts/consultants.

Maintain program data and outcomes measurements for the Provider Focus team. Assist the project Director in data analysis and reporting as required for contract deliverables. Must be willing to flex schedule accordingly to provide services, supports, and consultation to individuals as required, respond immediately when dispatched on crisis responses, and be present to provide consultation to provider agency staff. Must be experienced and competent in profession, possess effective communication and collaboration skills, and maintain any applicable license, training, and/ or certifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

. Minimum:

  1. Bachelor degree;
  2. Experience developing or coordinating a training program in business, education or public agency setting;
  3. Must have computer literacy, be competent in use of current training technology, use of social media, and selection or development of training curricula;
  4. Ability to use project management software applications;
  5. Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Preferred:
  1. Experience working with individuals with IDD and behavioral health diagnoses and are experiencing a crisis situation;
  2. Working knowledge of the Arkansas DHS/DDS/DAABHS service system.
