Description
The SAIC Team is seeking a skilled technical training curriculum development expert, who under the direction the Program Manager/Program Analyst, will be responsible for successful curriculum development of a training development and safety management system programs. Experience in developing training for a military or safety-sensitive operational environment required. Experience in developing training for an safety-sensitive operational environment is highly desirable. Highly developed oral and written communication skills is required, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse clients. Experience in conducting desk audits, gap analysis, design protocols and data collection, storyboard development, course artifact drafting, and data analysis reports. Applies expertise in drafting curricula, documents, and recommendations. Conducts other tasks as assigned by senior team members. Produces domain-relevant documents (e.g., storyboards, course artifacts, data analyses/reports).

Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in research and application to operational environments
Bachelor's degree or Higher in a relevant field(Instructional Design, Industrial/Oranizational HR Management, Human Factors, Cognitive, Neuro, Statistics)
Desired:

Master's degree
