Hiring for Livonia, Michigan

Your Primary Focus

This position will be working on traffic signal projects at our Livonia office with an experienced team of designers. Other responsibilities may include working with a multidisciplinary team of planners, engineers, and technicians on a wide range of projects, including traffic studies, signing, pavement marking, and maintenance of traffic as well as design/construction documents.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Roadway design experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Highway Capacity Manual, Highway Safety Manual, ITE Trip Generation Manual, Roadside Design Guide, AASHTO "Green Book"
• Highway lighting experience is a plus.
• Must have experience in either MicroStation or AutoCAD.
• Synchro/SimTraffic is strongly desired.
• Experience with VISSIM, SignCAD, and AutoTurn are a plus.
