We have an excellent opportunity for a Traffic Coordinator in our Mountain Top facility.

Summary:

Coordinates shipments with external customers to ensure we provide safe and timely delivery of our products as well as excellent customer service.

Responsibilities/Principal Duties:

• Champion truck planning including establishing routes, determining rates, carrier assignments, delivery ETA's, and finalizing carrier selections for loads.

• Assist with international shipments as needed, work with Shipping Department to determine equipment needs, obtaining quotes, preparing packing lists, customer documents and reviewing letters of credit.

• Obtains truck quotes, including expedites, flatbeds, air freight and specialized equipment.

• Responds to customer inquiries or complaints regarding traffic related issues and determine best methods to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualified candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications:

• Previous experience in traffic and transportation.
• Highly organized with a strong ability to prioritize.
• Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.  ERP or SAP helpful.
