Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Provides compensation consulting support to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders.
  • Evaluates market data/trends and conducts analyses to determine competitiveness of compensation programs and makes recommendations accordingly.
  • Assists with the preparation of policy documentation and recommends clarification to policy issues.
  • Facilitates and processes increases for compensation events, such as annual merit and bonus cycles.
  • Participates in compensation surveys, completing and maintaining job documentation and performing job analysis.
  • Conducts job evaluation and reviews new and/or existing roles.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state and regulatory standards and laws governing compensation.
  • Maintains confidentiality around all different types of personal employee information.
  • Provide ad hoc analytical compensation support and market pricing analysis as needed, may lead market pricing data collection and analysis efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Certified Compensation Professional

Qualifications Required

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least three years of professional, professional Human Resources experience
  • Possesses comprehensive knowledge of industry and professional concepts, principles, practices, and procedures
  • Possesses comprehensive knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, and professional standards
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Proficient use of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and enterprise communication and travel solutions (Concur, Skype)
  • Experience performing work that requires initiative and leadership skills
  • Ability to anticipate and elicit customer needs
  • Ability to self-learn and develop business and technical knowledge quickly
  • Motivated team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with quick turnaround times and deadlines
  • Exellent communicaiton skills with the ability to effectivelely interact with indiviuals at all levels of the organization.
