We are currently seeking a Test Manager to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky (US-KY), United States (US).

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Thoroughly evaluates the software products according to the business standards or function requirements.
• Works within specific guidelines and procedures; applies advanced technical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems; receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines approach, resources, schedules and goals.
• Isolates, reproduces, and tracks defects and verifies fixes.
• Develops test data and procedures for ensuring the software products meet organization standards and end-user requirements.
• Familiar with the software development cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
• Decisions are typically related to resources, approach, and tactical operations for projects and initiatives involving own departmental area.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
  
• Less than 5 years of technical experience Isolates, reproduces, and tracks defects and verifies fixes.
  
• Less than 5 years of technical experience
• Must have Test Automation experience.
  
• Prior experience in Healthcare Payer domain is preferred
  
• Experience working on government projects would be an added advantage.
