Tenure Track Faculty

We currently have openings for Tenure-Track Faculty in the following areas:

Diesel Power Equipment Technology Instructor

• Provide lecture and laboratory instruction to students in the Diesel Power Equipment Technology program.
• High school diploma or equivalent plus some college credit and a minimum of 10 years of work experience as a repair technician in agricultural equipment, construction equipment, and/or heavy trucks and a commitment to complete an AAS or higher degree, OR AAS Degree in Heavy equipment repair or similar and 5 years of work experience as a technician agricultural equipment, construction equipment, and/or heavy trucks.
• Valid Class A CDL license with an acceptable driving record.

Network Administration & Security Instructor

• Teach courses in network administration and security and other related subject areas in accordance with the established course outlines of the college and conduct academic assessment and program evaluation
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Scient. Master's degree preferred
• Three (3) years of experience in Network administration field with emphasis in network security

Precision Agriculture Instructor

• Teach courses in precision agriculture technology and other related subject areas
• Bachelor's Degree in Precision Agriculture OR Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture with (2) years related industry experience in Precision Agriculture

Senior Flight Instructor

• Provide flight instruction to pilots enrolled in Institute of Aviation flight courses in accordance with the approved syllabus, to include pre-flight and post-flight briefings and maintaining training records for assigned students.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field; FAA Commercial or Airline Transport Pilot certificate with Airplane Single Engine Land and Instrument Airplane ratings; current FAA Flight Instructor Certificate with Airplane Single Engine and Instrument Airplane ratings and current FAA Second Class Medical Certificate.
• Have logged at least 1,000 hours flight time as a pilot in command (§141.36 requirement)
