We have an exciting opportunity to work with a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on harnessing the immune system to improve the lives of patients with cancer Our client is seeking a Temporary Office/Lab Coordinator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate is well-organized, efficient, and motivated, as well as highly adaptable, proactive, and ready to help with whatever is needed to keep daily office operations running smoothly and efficiently. You will be a key member of the team where agility and a comfort with learning on the job are vital!

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and organizing office activities, day-to-day management of the office, including coordination with vendors to set up office services (snacks, office cleaning, supplies)
• Assisting with meeting coordination, offsite meetings, events and other ad hoc projects as assigned
• Assisting in facilitating and conducting the monthly Operations meeting; take and distribute meeting minutes; and ensuring action items are responded to and executed in a timely manner
• Overseeing stock of office supplies and ensure that the office is well-organized at all times
• Welcoming visitors at the office with a high-level of professionalism, and guide them to conference rooms, offer refreshments and overall create a welcoming environment for those joining us the team for in person for interviews, presentations or other meetings.
• Coordinating inbound and outbound office mail; coordinate and plan for large office mailings, as needed
• Working with our accounting team to track expenses; assist with expense reports, as needed

Hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, onsite, pay is $23-26 / hour
