Venture Capital firm headquartered in Manhattan near Union Square seeks to hire a Temporary Executive Assistant/Office Manager for a 3 - 6 month temporary contract. The client is open to both part time and full time candidates. The temporary Executive Assistant will support a Partner at the firm with a variety of administrative tasks as requested. The ideal candidate will be proactive, outgoing and be willing to pitch in wherever needed. The main responsibilities will include scheduling and calendar management across global time zones, utilizing Zoom to set up video conferences, assisting with meeting preparation, supporting logistical tasks at the firm, being proactive keeping the Partner on top of their schedule, helping to draft capital call and distribution letters, assisting with opening accounts and lines of credit, helping with investor questions and documents, proofreading documents, and other administrative tasks as requested. On the Office Management side you'll order lunches, order supplies and groceries to the office, stocking supplies, managing vendor relationships and more. To be considered candidates should have 5 + years of Executive Assistant experience, proficiency in the Google Suite, be a self-starter and reliable, strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail and a team player mentality. If part time the ideal schedule is Monday - Friday 11:00am - 3:00pm. Full time hours will be a 40 hour work week. Hourly rate is dependent on experience.
