The Teleservices Account Manager (TAM) will serve Miele dealers by providing sales and services to an assigned account base territory to achieve assigned objectives. The role is responsible for developing account penetration in expectation of achieving the Company goals.
Essential Functions:
The Teleservices Account Manager will liaise with dealers for the purpose of managing the relationship, identifying new opportunities, and selling Miele products and services via phone, e-mail, and virtual meetings.
Based on the assigned territory, the TAM will canvas the market for new sales and participate with the field sales team, Territory Managers (TM's) and Regional Managers (RM's) providing sales, support, and education.
