We are seeking an individual that will provide lead technical support of the day to day operations within the Information Technology Department.
The Technology Support Services Lead role will help support and oversee the day-to-day operations of the technical help desk. Support and coach team members on effective methods of research, troubleshooting, and communication. This role includes the responsibilities of understanding all procedures related to the identification, prioritization, and resolution of user requests, including the monitoring, tracking, documenting, and coordination of Technology Support Services functions. They will also contribute to the problem resolution process.
