Summary:
The R&D laboratory technician will perform laboratory testing duties required to support Research and Development's support of manufacturing operations, formulation and product development and material testing.
Responsibilities:
* Product testing using electronic and mechanical equipment
* Work closely with other technicians and chemists
* Troubleshoot testing equipment and calibrate verifications & conduct routine care of equipment
* Develop new tests
Qualifications:
* Highschool diploma or GED with expereince/coursework in mathematics or science
* Understand statistical methods
* Familiar with lab equipment such as; viscometers, introns, balances and scales
* 3 + years of experience working in a lab environment conducting product tests or bachelor's degree with laboratory coursework
