SUMMARY
Provides reliable technical assistance to external and internal customers across Boston Gear's broad portfolio of product offerings, includes Speed Reducers, Gearing, Standard Enclosed Gear Drives, Custom Speed Reducers, AC / DC Motors, DC Drives, Centric Overload Clutches, and Torque Limiters. Accurately interprets technical data product specifications and end application information, enabling functional interchangeability to grow sales. Comfortable utilizing technical skills in conjunction with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to document customer interactions in the form of new contacts, leads / prospects, opportunities, quotes, etc., to win business. Expected to respond quickly to customers' inquiries while engaging in voice of the customer (VOC) initiatives, keeping an open channel for customer ideas that expand Boston Gear's product portfolio and market opportunities.
