Description: Our client is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager-HYBRID/3 days a week on site
Candidates must currently live in the Metro-Las Vegas area and be on site on a Hybrid basis.

Candidates that have Fixed Priced project experience.

Those who have worked with partners that have teams in India or Global.

Candidates that have software/system project experience.

Objective Plan, schedule, facilitate, and track all aspects of Outsource Fixed Bid R&D projects.

Will manage project teams globally, specifically in India.

First Year Goals Collaborate- take ownership of planning and tracking a casino systems software release, from inception through monitoring.

Lead - with the assigned project team, create clear project plans that are updated regularly. Facilitate- learn casino/gaming systems development process and utilize detailed understanding to remove project barriers and roadblocks.

Communicate- utilize Confluence to track milestone based project plans.

Assert- ensure best project management principles while supporting innovation and the creative process by balancing business plan commitments and team development.

Position Summary

•Define activities, sequences of events, dependencies required to launch the Outsource Fixed Bid project

•Facilitate and participate in cross-functional project meetings to monitor progress, share information and develop action items for assigned project team members

•Organizes specific project meetings appropriate for Outsource Fixed Bid projects (staffing, etc. what you the PM believe is appropriate)

•Monitor launch milestones and report on progress and status to management; flag missed milestones.

•Accountable for project launch completion by scheduled date

•Escalate non-routine operating issues or problems to gain cooperation of senior members of the team.

•Assists in removing impediments.

Facilitate Team Collaboration

•Has an overall pulse on the Program / Project Health

•Communicates the health / risks to appropriate levels of Management.

Required Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree (preferably in Management, Business, Engineering or Information Technology) or equivalent experience

•Experience with project management scheduling tools, such as MS Project or Clarity

•Knows how to facilitate standup meetings, planning sessions and retrospectives
