Position:Technical Program Manager

Location:Bellevue, WA

Work Experience and skills:

• Excellent knowledge of SQL andBI stack (SSAS/SSIS/SSRS)

• Managing business stakeholders and responsible for allbusiness facing communication.

• Excellent business analysis skills including understandingData in relation to the business and profiling the data to produce detailedartifacts for engineering.

• Interface with Engineering very closely and understand thevarious aspects of engineering to a detailed level.

• Should have experience in working in Agile model and Weekly/ Bi Weekly Sprints

• Prior experience in working in DevOps culture is preferableand plus

• Participate in Business Requirements and FunctionalRequirements meetings, identify gaps in requirements and drive discussionaround appropriate solutions.

• Participate in requirement analysis with the engineeringteam, providing estimation, defining scope based on the capacity andcommunicate with the stakeholders

• Own and drive UAT including identifying UAT testing groupsand business sign off.

• Drive broader Client org BI level initiative that alignswith management commitments for BI.

• Participate in Design and development of BIsystems/applications as part of Monthly releases and data acquisition processneeds.

• Communicate design, requirements, feature set,functionality, usability and limitations of subsystem.

• Be able to translate technical specifications into finishedprograms and systems and also have a thorough understanding of developingsolutions to handle large volume data sets that are typical with BI solutions.

• Assist in architectural design reviews and ensure technologystack selection is relevant.

• Ensure development and testing follow industry and Microsoftapproved standards.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree
