WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Owner of the overall technology solutions across multiple projects within a program. Working as part of a larger team of customer experience, enterprise transformation, and enterprise architects to deliver transformational solutions for a client.

YOU'LL GET THE CHANCE TO:

• Work alongside technical and business leaders to define priorities while validating the technical approach.
• Work alongside technical and business stakeholders to define the best strategy and assist in prioritizing functional and technical requirements
• Work alongside product management to define the program roadmap
• Describing the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of software to project stakeholders.
• Lead conversations and present high level technical solutions to stakeholders
• Drive informed decisions based on multiple sources of information and colliding priorities.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED:

• Degree in Computer Science or Business with equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years as Software Architect
• Experience working with end-to-end solutions; from backend to frontend technologies.
• Good understanding of networking: TCP/IP, IP addresses, HTTP, DNS, etc.
• Able to create high level architecture diagrams that can communicate to both technical and business stakeholders
• Experienced with understanding customer's pain points and able to envision high level architecture solutions to solve business problems
• Experience with working with and helping to coach and guide engineering teams
• Solid understanding of software development and DevOps best practices
• Experience quickly understanding and assessing a customer's technical ecosystem along with technical and business constraints
• Experience working with cloud environments and solutions
• Experience working with containerized environments and deployments. Experience with migration of an ecosystem to container based solution either onprem or in the cloud is a nice to have

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn and adapt to new information quickly
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work in a geographically dispersed virtual multi-team environment to achieve the best outcomes
• Able to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with other teams and clients
• Experience working with SAFe and/or other Agile methodologies
• Able to help deconstruct epics and visionary statements into practical solutions
• Background with common business and IT processes and terminology
• Comfortable working closely with customer experience, product managers, and business stakeholders
