What will you do:

CyberArk Technical Product Engineers provide advanced support of CyberArk's product line of Security and Privileged Identity Management solutions and work with support and engineering teams to resolve customer technical problems.

The CyberArk Technical Product Engineer resolves customer technical issues through diligent research, reproduction and troubleshooting utilizing all the knowledge they have acquired, and direct access to R&D. They have an eagerness to learn new technologies, take on new challenges, and drive key initiatives with the view to ensure the long-term success of CyberArk's customers and the company.

CyberArk's Technical Product Engineers have excellent communication skills and look to support their colleagues and peers throughout the organization.

  • Respond to and troubleshoot advanced support cases for the CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager product in both commercial and Federal environments.
  • Address customer business needs and technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting while applying acquired knowledge.
  • Work directly with other global support colleagues, security services, sales, operations, and administration to ensure the long-term success of our customers and the company.
  • Work directly with R&D teams

What you need to succeed:
  • At least 3 years' experience in Technical Product Engineering position or a position of similar nature in a software company
  • Experience working with multiple operating systems on the endpoint and cloud back end (Mac, Windows, Linux)
  • A bias for action and continuous improvement
  • Scripting language experience (Bash, Python, PowerShell) is highly preferred
  • Ability to develop and improve existing support tools and scripts
  • Capable of understanding the technical aspects of a complex system
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and problem solving. Demonstrates the ability to think through situations outside the norm and develop appropriate solutions for isolating the root cause
  • Must have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing world-class service.
  • Experience of directly supporting enterprise-level customers
  • Ability and desire to learn products and technologies
  • Must be able to work independently as well as with others, as part of a domestic and international team
  • Must be a US citizen living in the United States to be considered
  • Excellent time management, decision making, prioritization and organization skills

How will you stand out from the crowd :
  • Familiarity with Cyberark products (Endpoint Privilege Manager)
  • Familiarity with Devops/SRE tools or methodologies
  • Knowledge of Networks, Firewalls, Proxy servers, Sniffers, Web servers and Web applications.
  • Previous experience working with Amazon Web Services
  • Experience working directly with product engineering teams

The salary range for this position is $97,000 -- $150,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee's performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
