Under minimal supervision, provides secretarial and administrative support for the Medical Oncology management and physician staff. Provides technical support and implementation for software platforms.

Essential Job Functions
Supports and models behaviors consistent with Billings Clinic's mission, vision, values, code of business conduct and service expectations. Meets all mandatory organizational and departmental requirements. Maintains competency in all organizational, departmental and outside agency standards as it relates to the environment, employee, patient safety or job performance.Performs secretarial and administrative duties for Medical Oncology management and physician staff. Provides technical support Medical Oncology software, as well as be crossed trained in registration and scheduling of our clients. Maintains all departmental policies and procedures.Assists manager and clinical coordinator with projects including data gathering, data analysis, statistical and summary reporting. Maintaining of client portal for access and assistance within the email in box.Develops and maintains Medical Oncology scheduling templates for all providers. Coordinates and disseminates information with appropriate parties according to established policies and procedures.Investigates and coordinates resolution of non-routine technical problems. Refers more complex problems to management for handling.Identifies needs and sets goals for own growth and development; meets all mandatory system/departmental requirements. Maintains competency in all organizational, departmental and outside agency environmental, employee or patient safety standards relevant to job performance including specific safety requirements of the various business locations visited in the course of performing the job. Performs all other duties as assigned or as needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.
