What you'll do

• You will report to the Senior Manager of Software Development to contribute towards monitors and meeting service level agreements.
• Installs turnover components or projects into production or test environment, using approved standards and methodologies
• Provide backup and recovery for cycle, online problems, and business resumption.
• Optimize running of production or test systems by enhancing JCL and system products
• Implement components of product turnover and releases into batch cycles
• Perform maintenance on JCL and software libraries
• Run and monitor batch processing cycles
• Implement customer requests for service
• Perform problem resolution and recovery
• Provide support 24/7 on-call rotation, when assigned on-call responsibilities

• Associate's degree (A.A.) in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in English in a business environment
• 1 year experience with PC related software
• Elementary knowledge of batch cycle support, abend recovery, escalation procedures and job restarts
• Understanding of CSG batch cycle processing and online environments.
• Understanding of environment concatenation strategies
• Elementary skills in the use of JCL, CA-7 scheduling tool, ROSCOE, TSO, VSAM, and utilities
• Ability to take initiative, prioritize work assignments and to priority changes.
• Ability to work with diverse departments and staff with varying levels of technical knowledge
• Ability to acquire problem recognition and resolution skills

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$24.22-$38.76

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
