Technical Account Manager, Business Insurance

To be successful in the Technical Account Manager, Business Insurance role, you will be committed to prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. You will work closely with our Business Insurance team providing support, which includes processing policy changes, certificates and evidence of property insurance, and policy audits; all while maintaining the highest level of accuracy. A high school diploma is required and an Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree is preferred. Three (3) years business insurance experience and a Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days) highly desirable.

• Assists the department in writing new business and renewals, through application assembly, setting up files, assembling proposals, issuing binders, I.D. cards, etc., in accordance with agency standards.
• Resolves applicable Accounting Discrepancies.
• Exhibits competent coverage knowledge and policy-checking skills.
• Reviews Experience Modification Analysis
• Prepares Premium/Loss Analysis
