Tax Associate who is responsible for strong research skills, good understanding of pass-through structures, tax modeling, and tax operations of the management and GP entities. What you'll need to succeed

Skills and Qualifications:

• CPA
• 3-4 years of partnership tax experience.
• Experience reading and interpreting legal agreements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
