Job Information

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in the full-cycle recruitment process while ensuring that Doosan Bobcat is hiring the best possible talent. Responsibilities of the role include sourcing candidates through various channels in order to create strong talent pipelines and guiding hiring leaders through interview and selection procedures. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be involved in the development of corporate policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, interviewing processes and compliance.

Role & Responsibility

Assist in Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
  • This includes job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning and assessment, etc.
Acquisition Process Excellence
  • Collaborate with local HR and business leaders in execution of the recruitment process ensuring a positive applicant experience.
  • Serve as an advisor to hiring leaders to drive recruitment strategy of top talent and ensure a positive candidate and manager experience.
  • Determine candidate selection criteria through coordination with hiring manager.
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
  • Identify and select the most suitable talent from available candidates and plan interview and select procedures, including screenings, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Use applicant tracking systems and other recruiting systems to track applicants through the selection phase to on-boarding.
Compliance & Vendor Management
  • Ensure diversity recruitment and compliance of our hiring process to include oversight of the affirmative action program.
  • Develop metrics to create reports and identify hiring efficiency and quality of hire.
  • Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2-5 years' Human Resources recruiting experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated industry-specific knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
  • Ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants.
  • PHR credential and/or understanding of employment laws and affirmative action.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, including ability to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries.
  • Effective time management and priority focus skills in order to successfully manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, with strong follow-up skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Strong presentation and networking skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • MS Office Suite proficiency.
  • Travel standard: 20%.
