What You Will Do

Job Summary:

Under direct supervision, responsible for providing timely and accurate support to the Talent Acquisition team and Onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate and new hire experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support non sales roles, Internship program, onboarding, scheduling candidate interviews, screens, and assessments ensuring the completion of all pre-hire due diligence.
  • Facilitate email correspondence and communication among the recruiting team, candidates, hiring managers, and others.
  • Assist in recruiting operations, including job creation, postings, and ensuring accurate tracking in our ATS.
  • Assist recruiting team with building and maintaining a competitive internship program.
  • Perform pre-hire due diligence activities.
  • Coordinate pre-onboarding activities with recruiters, candidates and hiring managers.
  • Identify and provide feedback on service continuous improvement initiatives and service enhancements based on KPIs, customer feedback and best practice sharing to foster standardization, automation and simplification.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma / GED and 5+ years related work experience.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
Knowledge of:
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams, with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Intermediate proficiency with database reporting software and/or enterprise resource planning software (ERP).

Preferred Qualifications

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 1+ years related work experience.

Work Environment and Physical Demand

  • Requires light physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves moderate to heavy weight objects (up to 10 lbs.)
  • Reach and grasps objects and hand eye coordination required
  • Walks, sits, or stands for prolonged periods
  • Use of manual dexterity and fine motor skills
  • Requires prolonged machine operation including computer and keyboard equipment
